Named in honor of the founding father of La Traversée de Charlevoix, the Eudore chalet offers a breathtaking view of the Gros Bras Valley.
Rates (until Labor day 2024)
Spring (Easter to St-Jean-Baptiste)
- Sunday to Thursday: $102 per night
- Friday and Saturday: $114 per night (minimum: 2 nights)
Summer (St-Jean Baptiste to Labor day)
- Sunday to Thursday: $109 per night
- Friday and Saturday: $121 per night (minimum: 2 nights)
Fall – Winter (Labor day to Easter)
- Sunday to Thursday: $128 per night
- Friday and Saturday: $143 per night (minimum: 2 nights)
Holidays
- On holidays (Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day, etc.), during the holiday period (December 20 to January 6), and spring break (February 27 to March 10): the weekend rate applies at all times, and a minimum of 2 consecutive nights is required.
Base rates per night – Cabins exclusivity for 1 to 2 people
Taxes not included unless indicated otherwise.
Additional fees per person :
Adult : 12 $ / night
6 to 16 years-old : 6 $ / night
0 to 5 years-old : free
Prices include the use of propane, lighting, and firewood.
Access
The Eudore chalet is located at the foot of Mont du Dôme, 500 meters on foot from the Mont du Dôme parking lot, using the Mont du Dôme trail.
You must stop by our reception to pick up the keys (135 rang Saint-François, at kilometer 10.6, on route 381).

Each group must bring:
- Dish towels
- Scrubbing sponge
- Toilet paper
- Matches and fire starters or newspaper
- Sleeping bag
Important information
The use of snowmobiles or any other off-road vehicle to reach the chalet is prohibited.
There is no running water in our chalets or shelters, but the lodgings are all located near water sources such as lakes, rivers, and streams. La Traversée recommends treating water, either by filtering it, using specific disinfectant products, or boiling it for ten minutes.
Outdoor fires are prohibited.
You must take all your waste with you.
